Asia Capitals Quiz
Capitals is a map quiz that highlights a country and asks for its capital city. This round covers Asia only: 48 sovereign countries. It is free, needs no account, and runs in the browser on phone or desktop.
How do you play the Asia capitals quiz?
A country is highlighted. Choose its capital city from four options. Drag to pan the map, scroll or pinch to zoom, and use the plus and minus buttons if you prefer. Very small countries such as Monaco, Singapore and Malta get an enlarged tap target, so they are as playable on a phone as Brazil is.
How many countries are there in Asia?
There are 48 sovereign countries in Asia as of 2026. This quiz asks only about sovereign states. Territories and dependencies such as Greenland, Puerto Rico and New Caledonia are drawn on the map but never asked about, because they are not countries.
