US States Blitz Quiz
Blitz is a map quiz that gives you sixty seconds to find as many countries as you can. This round covers the United States only: 50 US states. It is free, needs no account, and runs in the browser on phone or desktop.
How do you play the US States blitz quiz?
Locate as many countries as you can in sixty seconds. Wrong clicks cost you time. Drag to pan the map, scroll or pinch to zoom, and use the plus and minus buttons if you prefer. Small states such as Rhode Island, Delaware and Connecticut get an enlarged tap target, so they are as playable on a phone as Texas is.
How many states are there in the United States?
There are 50 states. This quiz asks about all fifty. Washington, D.C. and the territories — Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands — are drawn on the map but never asked about, because they are not states.
